I started Clear and Prosper to give small business owners what I always wished they had: a bookkeeper who's organized, easy to reach, and genuinely kind about the mess. Whether you're a few receipts behind or a few years, we'll sort it out together, at a pace that feels good.

Do you work with businesses outside your state?
Yes. Everything is done securely online, so I work with clients nationwide. We'll meet over video and share documents through a secure portal.
My books are a mess. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Catch-up and cleanup work is a big part of what I do. We'll start with where you are, not where you "should" be.
How much does it cost?
Every client gets one flat monthly price based on the size of their business and the services they need. You'll know the number before we start.
Do you do taxes?
I keep your books accurate and tax-ready, then hand everything to your CPA or tax preparer. If you don't have one, I'm happy to recommend someone.
